Communion Liturgy

We have heard the word proclaimed and now we come to the table of God's grace. 

Leader: The Lord be with you
Congregation: And also with you.
Lift up your hearts.
We lift them up to the Lord.
Let us give thanks to the Lord our God.
It is right to give him thanks and praise.

Holy, Holy, Holy,
Lord God of mercy and love,
heaven and earth are full of your glory.
Hosanna in the highest.
Blessed are they who come in the Name of the Lord.
Hosanna in the highest.

Christ has died.
Christ is risen.
Christ will come again.

Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be Your Name,
Your kingdom come,
Your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts,
as we forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For Yours is the kingdom,
and the power, and the glory,
for ever and ever. Amen.
